Two weeks of hearings are scheduled from 16 to 27 November to the convention center of Aix-en-Provence.
The manufacturer of breast implants founder Jean-Claude Mas, 75, was convicted of aggravated deception and fraud. Sentenced to four years in prison, he remained free since he had appealed the judgment.
Will be retried, Claude Couty, 62, CEO of PIP, and three executives who were heads.
All were given sentences ranging from 18 months suspended for three years including a farm. Read more
